Chakra Kits
Use this collection of stones to purify and balance the 7 chakras aligning your energy. With continued practice, these stones will help lighten negative energy and refine emotional reactions.
Place each stone on the correlating chakra, and spend a few moments of deep breathing focusing the lightness and energy of the gemstone towards this space in your body. Feel free to use these stones independently or interchange other stones that have their own chakra properties.
- All crystals are tumbled/polished.

Amethyst: Crown
Located at the top, your seventh chakra is purple - and is known as the crown (because it's at the very top of your head!) It is the personal connection to the divine. Also known as "bliss chakra" because it aligns your mind with pure consciousness and wisdom. When you open your crown chakra, you connect with your highest and truest self. Be sure to align your lower chakras first in order to create an unlimited truth.
Whenever you feel depressed, socially isolated, or emotionally challenged, there may be blockages in the crown chakra that are keeping you from attaining peace and accessing your higher consciousness. Amethyst helps to work through these blockages, so go ahead and work with the gem if it brings you serenity and positivity.
Sodalite: Third eye
Sodalite clears the mind and encourages deep thought... often referred to as the "logic stone", it enhances one's powers of analyzing, creativity, intuition and general observation. It also helps to strengthen your efficiency, and organization. "Sodalite does not stimulate wisdom, but rather clears one's vision and intellect opening the mind to formulate wisdom."
Stimulating your thoughts and creativity, it provides mental clarity. When your brain and heart are fighting over something, this helps brings unity. It will also help clear and quiet your mind when you need it to!
Blue Topaz: Throat
As the stone for throats, it's most ideal to help with things like: fears of public speaking, helping with speech, thyroid issues, general health of neck and throat and even helping with sore throats. With the interchangeable use of it also representing the third eye chakra, it can calm a headache or migraine!
With a soothing effect on an emotional body, it can facilitate the communication of your higher truth and deepest feelings. It increases awareness and vibrations of any of your emotions... like promoting peaceful vibes when you are angry or frustrated. It helps calm inflamed issues related to your sacral chakra because of it's own third eye powers - it allows you to express yourself in a cool and level-headed way instead of temperamental. It is useful for journaling your feelings.
Green Aventurine: Heart
This comforting stone is considered a "heart healer" in creating an emotional calm. Considered an excellent stone for lost love, it protects the heart and creates abundance. It creates opportunities to open the heart to change and releasing old habits.
This stone is great for children too, you can put this in their pencil case or a desk to promote a clear mind and new ideas! Bring with you on a job interview to promote good luck and emotional stability (especially if you get nervous). As it is connected to the heart, it helps with circulation and recovery. Meditate with this one for luck, recovery and an open heart.
Tigers Eye: Solar Plexus
Solar Plexus being connected to "personal power", the tigers eye is perfect for this! Having your solar plexus chakra aligned is important because this allows you to have confidence, mental strength and assertiveness. When it is unaligned, you'll have lack of purpose, low confidence and control issues. Tigers Eye, known most for being a good luck charm, it is a powerful stone for manifestation and creating prosperity and will-power for the user.
"I can" affirmations are powerful with this chakra. Go outside on a sunny day and meditate to really feel the affects of this solar plexus chakra. Keeping this in your office offers good feng shui as well, promoting good luck and abundance that way.
Carnelian: Sacral
Restoring and revitalizing, Carnelian is a beautiful grounding energy. A stone of intuition, it helps recovery of abuse and promotes trust within yourself. Well known for being an artists stone, to boost motivation and creative - this fire energy dispels negative and toxic vibes like jealousy, fear and laziness. Shed the old, and embrace the new!
The sacral chakra is where our passion and "inner fire" lives. This stone brings out a zest for life, it is great to keep by your bedside table for sexual energy. Within your space, put it somewhere the furthest South for abundance and harmony. Wearing it as jewellery also helps with giving you a warrior power feeling!
Hematite: Root
Hematite is most well known as a grounding stone, which makes it perfect to represent the root chakra! Attributing chakra features include helping you get in control of your mental and emotional states; and absorbing negative energies. It helps you feel safe and secure (which is why it is popular as jewellery), and ultimately centered.
The best way to use hematite in your chakra meditation is by standing nice and tall, feeling your toes firmly planted in the ground. Focusing your energy, hold the crystal in your hand or place at feet, and affirm "I am grounded" while visualizing a tree for a few good deep breaths.

Ethically Sourced: It was very important in the crystal and gemstone sourcing that it was purchased only from mining suppliers that had the correct certificates that established their operations as safe and environmentally sound. My wholesaler is adamant on ensuring the crystals are fair-trade, where income is being used to support a diverse group of small manufactures and families. Most of the semi-precious stones and crystals come from family owned mines that are passed down from generations (like a family farm here in Canada).
I understand it can be difficult to feel a stone's energy when shopping online. When selecting stones for these kits, they have been intentionally grouped together. Please make sure to cleanse them before using.
There can be variance in the stone's colouring and shape, as is the world of stone, gems and crystals are non-refundable. No two pieces are alike. Each one will slightly vary in size, shape and colour.
